Connor just figured out that he could put bubbles on his face and they'd stay. He gives the funniest looks these days.

4th of July

Then allowing him to hold it while he lights it. (Not something I would have allowed if I'd seen it). He thought it was so cool! But, he would only let us do smoke bombs because he still hates the loud noises.

OUR 4TH ANNIVERSARY
This year we went to Bear Lake and stayed at a nice cabin. It was definatley too big for just the 2 of us, but we loved it. We made chocolate covered strawberries. They were pretty tasty eventhough we burned the chocolate on some of the first ones.
We played stratego and watched movies. We had so much fun being able to just relax wihout having to worry about the kids. Eventhough we missed them more than we ever thought we would.

MELANIE'S VISIT
Melanie and her family were here for about 2 weeks and we had tons of fun. The kids loved playing together (at least most of the time). Connor asks all the time if he can go to Colorado and see them. Here are some pictures of the fun we had.

THE SPLASH PAD
Connor didn't like it at first, but he thought the water fountain was awesome!
He would only walk around the outside part of the cement.
Cambree was relaxing in the shade.
Graham loved dumping water from one bottle to the other. The other kids kept filling them up for him.

Connor finally went and played in the water and then never wanted to leave.

Ashley and Matthew wound the swing as far as they could and then let each other twist as fast as they could.

Connor DID NOT like fireworks. He loves them if he only has to see them. He only wanted Daddy to hold him and would burst into tears everytime a loud firework went off.

Ryan couldn't have just one sparkler, he had to have 2 boxes in each hand.
