Connor wasn't understanding the whole birthday thing until we let him open presents. He soon realized, as he did with Halloween, that presents are great! It only took him a couple presents and then he was picking the one he wanted to open.
He got a "horn" (trumpet) as he calls it, from Mark, Jenn, Josh, Kenz, Maddi and KK. He only wanted other people to use it because he couldn't figure out how to blow into the mouthpiece. When he figured it out he would make one note and then laugh, over and over again.
His new guitar that Daddy picked out. He LOVES it!
He's fixing his new car. He watched Daddy get one of his new cars out of the child proof packaging and started copying him. Cute!
Of course his birthday happened to fall on the same day as a BYU game so we did all the festivities early so Daddy wouldn't miss the game. Go Cougars!
CLARK PARTY
One of his favorite things is Elmo, so that was his party theme. Connor couldn't resist touching him and kinda messed up his mouth.
Blowing out the candle on his cake. He couldn't get it out so I ended up helping.(He picked out his outfit. It was his birthday after all).
HILTON PARTY
His 2nd Elmo cake. I think this one looks better, but the pictures not as good as the other one.
Checking out his new color changing truck.
Getting excited to watch the 123's. He loves the ABC's and now can't stop watching the 123's.
Liking the idea of getting money in a card.
His new piano. He now has all the instruments to make his own band. He plays them all and then passes them around for everyone to play also.
He did much better this time around it only took him 2 times to get it out.

It was a fun party. It's too bad Kaylee slept through it all. Also, I didn't know you made two Elmo cakes! Very impressive!
